This month’s workout of the month will push your limits by replicating the experience of running on the Wanda sand dunes.

It’s a tough and invigorating workout that will put your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength to the test.

This workout of the month works perfectly for those who have a running goal in mind as it is now only 16 weeks until the City to Surf and only 20 weeks until the Blackmores running festival.

If you’ve been slacking on your cardio, now’s your chance to catch up.

How to do it:

  • Set a treadmill at 10% incline and run for 5 minutes at a comfortable pace.
  • Come off and do 25 thrusters with 6/8 kgs dumbbells.
  • Complete 4 sets of the above with no rest in between.

Once you have completed the workout, write your distance up on the mirror to inspire your fellow Tattersalls members.
