Here at Tattersalls we know how important nutrition is for your goals, we also know that no one wants to eat tuna and broccoli for every meal.
With the help of nutritionist Zuzana and head chef Sam, we have created four new exciting menu choices to accompany your fitness needs.
For the first four weeks of the challenge, breakfast will be a Quinoa Bowl with Green Vegetables, mushrooms, poached eggs, chili flakes and a lemon tahini dressing.
This dish is packed full of protein and low GI carbs which will give you energy throughout the day and keep you fuller for longer.
Lunch will be a Mexican Inspired Grilled Chicken Salad, think chicken breast, Mexican spices, black beans, iceberg lettuce and avocado.
These two items will run in line with our current Bar and Dining menu with the salad also available to be taken away. We will update you with the other two choices soon, as well as some snack and treat options put together by the team in the AD.
As well as these exciting new offerings, Lane 5 will continue to offer its already incredible selection of breakfast and all-day dining options.
With nutrition taken care of, there is no reason why the next 8 weeks can’t be the best of your life!
