The Archibald Prize, first awarded in 1921, is Australia’s favourite art award and one of its most prestigious. Awarded to the best portrait painting, it’s a who’s who of Australian culture – from politicians to celebrities, sporting heroes to artists.
We start with a private guided tour of the 2022 Archibald Prize Exhibit at the Art Gallery of NSW. The fabulous guides at the Art Gallery have a great knowledge of the art and artists and will help bring the artworks to life! After the tour, we will continue the evening with a delicious 3-course dinner, designed to be shared, at the restaurant ‘Crafted by Matt Moran’ at the Gallery.
This is one of our most popular events in the calendar and has limited spots available. Each evening is limited to 20 people maximum and we still have some spots left!
