10 repetitions for each exercise. 5 sets total.
Do the following with no rest in between…
10x Barbell back or front squat
10x Barbell thrusters
10x Barbell deadlift
10x Barbell bent over row
Put the barbell on the floor, hold it and do
10x Mountain climbers
10x Push-ups
Rest 1 minute, repeat the sequence 4 more times
