Saturday 09 March at 09:00

This March, the team in the Athletic Department will be running a series of Masterclasses, designed to help you get familiar with our classes In the Athletic Department.

Our current timetable focuses on a full range of fitness designed to keep our members fit, fast, strong and flexible.

A key feedback point we hear, highlights that members sometimes hesitate to participate in classes due to not being confident to try something new.

In response to this feedback, and our passion for imparting knowledge about the benefits of exercise, we have planned a series of Master classes in March. The aim is to address any perceived obstacles hindering member participation in classes and provide the guidance needed to make joining classes a seamless experience.

Starting at 09:00 on 09 March, our in-house Yoga Instructor Andrew will be running an introduction to a Yoga Workshop.

The class will help you learn the basics of Yoga, the reasons behind it, breathing work and an overview of how to undertake this practice safely.

Andrew will then be around to answer any questions regarding the Yoga classes that are on offer at Tattersalls.

Our second class of the day will commence at 10:00.

This class will be led by Jasmine who using her knowledge of over 10 years in the fitness industry will take you through a beginner’s Pilates style workout, again explaining all the movements and exercises needed to help you undertake Pilates safely.

Afterwards, Jasmine will be on hand to answer any questions related to Pilates or exercise.

Bookings for these classes are essential, RSVP via email with your name and which classes (we encourage you to try both) you will be attending.
