From its pretty pink hue to its refreshing taste on a cool autumn day, rosé has become the ‘it’ wine over the last few years, and it shows no signs of fading. Tattersalls has newly listed the 2022 Printhie ‘The Snow Line’ Three Pinots rosé.

This dry style of rosé is made from a blend of three pinots: pinot noir, pinot meunier and pinot gris, and also made with minimal intervention using grapes sourced from vineyards across Orange in New South Wales. The rosé grape in general has the biggest determining factor on whether the wine will be dry or sweet as well as the climate. The beauty of this wine is wrapped in the terroir of the Orange cool climate region.

With flavours of tart red fruits, this wine goes best with Tattersalls’ bar menu such as salads, risotto and seafood dishes due to its intrinsic drawback of a rosé on your second sip. But why have a glass when you can have a bottle. To enjoy this delicious new addition, please contact the team at dine@tattersallsclub.org
