The Athletic Department Team has continued its growth pattern over the last year going from strength to strength in classes and offerings.

The newest member of the team is Ramy Zach, who has joined the team bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness world.

Ramy specialises in a range of training styles and methods, including strength and conditioning, resistance training, mobility and flexibility and is a trained yoga instructor.

From Ramy

“I have been engaged in sports from the moment I began to walk. During my earlier years, my focus was on team sports like soccer and ice hockey. As I entered high school, I delved into martial arts, specifically karate, judo, and wrestling. In more recent times, I have taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, actively participating and competing in this discipline. Additionally, I have incorporated traditional yoga and meditation into my daily routine for over a decade, enabling me to provide a well-rounded and holistic approach to both physical exercise and overall well-being”

Now that you have met the trainer it is time to take on his weekly class starting next Wednesday, November 08 at 12:30 p.m.

Ramy has developed a dynamic flow class that primarily emphasises the utilization of unrestricted body movement to establish a solid foundation, enhance the flow of inner energy, and cultivate innate resilience.
