Once again, Professor Milgate has ventured into the depths of his cellar to find a range of wines from the Northeast of Italy – the Veneto region. As a wine region, Veneto brings heft and history to the table. Its importance is in part due to the volume of Pinot Grigio it produces, and the massive growth in demand for Prosecco. However, continued recognition of other wines from the region, such as Valpolicella and Amarone, helps keep Veneto in the spotlight.

To pair with Mr Milgate’s wine, our Chef Fernando Casanova has curated a menu focusing on Italian specialities from Veneto, with synergy flowing between plates and glasses.
