Tuesday 21 May from 07:15 to 08:15
We are often told that when it comes to high levels of athletic performance nutrition is the key. It is the difference between winning or losing, between personal bests or simply completing reps, and in some cases between Olympic Gold and not making the podium.
In 2020 (well, technically 2021) the Australian Olympic team had their most successful Gold medal haul with 17 gold medals and multiple world records broken.
From 2018 the Sydney Roosters went on a premiership tear and for years they were the team everyone tried to emulate.
Closer to home the NSWIS has produced more champions than any other institute of sport in the country since 2019.
The key factor in all of this: Dietician Holly Edstein.
With years of experience guiding and directing some of the country’s most elite talent, Holly Edstein is one of the most sought-after experts in her field.
With this in mind, Tattersalls is pleased to announce an exclusive Q&A session with Holly on Tuesday 21 May starting at 07:15. Holly will have an open discussion with Malcolm and will be talking all things nutrition and performance as well as providing insights into the Olympic lifestyle and what it takes to compete at the highest levels.
The conversation will last for 30 minutes when we will be opening up any questions that members might have for Holly. The menu for the day has also been created with Holly’s input and will provide you with the perfect start to the day for all your nutritional needs.
This is a rare opportunity for members and is something that shouldn’t be missed, we will be taking bookings for this event and encourage members to get in early.
Price: $25 per person for members and your guests (includes breakfast and coffee).
If you have a specific question that you would like to ask Holly please send it directly to our Athletic Department Manager Malcolm at athleticmgr@tattersallsclub.org who will add them to the Q&A for the morning.
