Head chef Fernando doesn’t waste time when it comes to cooking up specials for the week. He rummages through his extensive range of meat selections to find the best and tastiest meat for our members to enjoy. And back by popular demand, Tattersalls will be serving his grilled pork cutlet with soft polenta, and pumpkin & seeded mustard jus.

Pork cutlets are the recommended choice for grilling since they are tender and flavourful. And Fernando has also paired this up with a classic accompaniment to pork – fruit & mustard. A juicy cutlet doesn’t need much more than that for a sweet and tangy sauce. The pork will stay moist, and its juices will have time to mingle in with both the pumpkin and seeded mustard sauce.
