Led by Sydney’s premier Aqua instructor Belle, Tattersalls Aqua Aerobics is the place to be!
Instructor Belle is a ball of energy who tailors exercises and the class for all involved, ensuring that no one gets left behind, with a strong emphasis on posture and movement planes of the body targeting a variety of muscles.
Aqua Aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise performed in a pool or other body of water, often in a group setting with an instructor. It involves a variety of movements and routines, typically using the water’s buoyancy and resistance to support and challenge the body. The classes are designed to be low-impact and suitable for all fitness levels, including those with joint issues or limited mobility.
The classes at Tattersalls often use props to make the workout more challenging; these include pool noodles, kickboards and aqua dumbbells.
Aqua Aerobics is the perfect class for all members to try and complemented with an ice bath or sauna, it is the perfect way to end your exercise week and have you cruising into the weekend guilt-free.
