With many of you enjoying our new seasonal menu in the Members Bar and Dining Room, now we are turning our attention to our wine offering.
Listening to Member feedback, we are excited to expand our wine list with boutique and unique options from right around the globe, along with those closer to home which showcase Australia’s finest vineyards.
First, let’s start with some great offerings from our neighbours from across the ditch. Mario has selected some delicious New Zealand wines that will be available both by the glass and bottle.
Try the crisp and refreshing Turnbull and Thomas Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, a super easy to drink white, or a layered and sophisticated Novum Marlborough Chardonnay. More of a red connoisseur? The Dicey Bannockburn Otago Pinot Noir, with a vibrant and polished bouquet, savoury dried herb qualities set against barrel spices and dry stony soil scents, is full of complexity.
