We had some amazing weigh-ins this week for the halfway mark of our 8 week challenge, with lots of Members doing great things.
It’s about this time that motivation might start to fall off, but don’t worry, by following these simple hacks you can make sure you take the next four weeks by the horns.
- Keep using the check-in sheet, count your alcoholic drinks, track your cardio minutes and make sure you are drinking at least 2 litres of water per day.
- Find an ‘accountabillabuddy’; someone who is going to keep you on track and make sure there are no early hot cross buns.
- Get 10,000 steps per day – this might seem a stretch to some, but the more you move, the better you will feel. Set a reminder on your phone to make sure you are on track to hit the 10K.
- Book a personal trainer – we have some of Sydney’s elite personal trainers here, book a session with them and get pushed to limits you would never get to yourself.
