The team has listed an on-premise-only red wine from Yarra Valley – the 2022 Liv Zak Warramunda Estate Pinot Noir. Warramunda Estate is located at Coldstream in the Yarra Valley, one of Australia’s most-famed cool climate wine regions. The mild, temperate climate of warm summers, crisp winters and generous July rainfalls creates the ideal environment for premium wine grapes. The estate’s wines reflect the vineyard’s complex geology and micro-climate – the unmistakable taste, the terroir of the Yarra Valley.
The 2022 vintage was the first pinot produced purely from the estate’s vineyards. Pristine on the nose and a lovely mouthfeel of cherries on the palate, and then decorated with strawberry fruits which meld into forest floor and dried herb nuances.
