We are delighted to introduce a new addition to our menu: Garlic Prawns, thoughtfully crafted to be shared between two guests.

Inspired by the tradition of table-side dining, this dish is a celebration of simplicity, freshness, and sensory indulgence. Plump, sustainably sourced prawns are gently sautéed in a blend of butter and olive oil, infused with fragrant garlic and a whisper of red chilli. A splash of Brandy brings balance and depth, while hand-chopped parsley lends brightness to the finish.

Presented table-side, the prawns arrive sizzling, golden, aromatic, and inviting. The scent of garlic and butter mingles with the conversation, creating a shared moment that lingers well beyond the last bite.

To complement this dish, we recommend a bottle of William Fèvre Chablis. Its crisp minerality and delicate citrus notes perfectly balance the richness of the garlic butter, enhancing the freshness of the prawns and elevating each flavour with refined harmony.

Accompanied by warm, crusty bread for dipping, our Garlic Prawns embody the essence of shared dining and are meant to be enjoyed together.
