We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Tattersalls Club will take place on Thursday 5 December 2024, at 17:30, in the Members Dining Room. This is your opportunity to stay informed, engage with Club governance, and have your say in key decisions.

Meeting Agenda

In accordance with Rule 69 of the Tattersalls Club Rules, the agenda includes:

  • Confirmation of previous minutes
  • Adoption of the Annual Report, Profit and Loss Account, and Balance Sheet
  • Election of Chairman, Treasurer, and Committee Members
  • Election of Auditor(s)
  • Discussion of any other business brought forward under the Club Rules

Elections

As per the Club Rules:

  • The current Chairman, Treasurer, and all Committee Members will retire but are eligible for re-election without requiring new nominations.
  • Members interested in running for Chairman, Treasurer, or a position on the Committee must submit a written nomination by 14 November 2024.
    • Nominations must include the written consent of the nominee and be signed by two Members who are fully paid-up.

This is your chance to shape the future of the Club. We encourage all Members to attend and participate in this important meeting.
