Want to do good for the world and get in shape simultaneously? If the answer is yes, then we have the perfect challenge for you!

The annual “Push For Better” challenge is starting in less than three weeks, and the team at Tattersalls is very excited about it.

The challenge aims to raise awareness and vital funds for mental health charities in Australia. This year, Tattersalls has partnered with Lifeline Sydney as our beneficiary to help those in need. With a dedicated app and the Tattersalls team encouraging you, the challenge is easy to follow along. Each day, you will get daily push-up targets that relate to an important Mental Health Fact. You can track your daily progress and check out the facts on the app.

You don’t have to be a push-up pro to participate. Substitute push-ups with sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises. You can also aim for half the push-up target.
