Chef Fernando is serving up a half-grilled Australian lobster with golden beer-battered fries: simple, fresh, and full of flavour.

Finish it your way with your choice of sauce:

  • Garlic Butter – the timeless classic
  • Sauce Américaine – tomato, white wine and brandy
  • Sauce Mornay – creamy, cheesy perfection with Parmesan and Gruyère

A special wine list will also be available, so members can select the perfect bottle to complement their meal.
