With a change of season comes a change of timetable and that extra motivation to keep you going during the cold months.

Adding two more high intensity classes to our dynamic timetable will help you achieve your health and fitness goals quicker.

What’s changed:

  • On Wednesday 14 June spin will replace the strength class. Starts at 12:30 and will be focusing on intervals and repeats. Duration: 45 minutes;
  • Thursdays will see Pilates changed to Focus 2.0 starting at 12:30. This class will focus on 4 styles of training (sprint, aerobic, teams and strength). Duration: 45 minutes;
  • On Fridays we have an additional stretch and unwind class starting at 12:30. Duration: 30 minutes

Please note that we will be postponing Tuesday night Pilates until further notice.
