Chef has created a menu with a seasonal focus and Mario has matched wines for each course.

Members are invited to adjourn to the bar after lunch and perhaps for a game of snooker.

$89 per person for Members. $99 for Members’ guests.

Includes beer, wine and/ or soft drinks with lunch.

Dress: Smart casual, Jackets preferred.
