We all know that gyms can be intimidating and overwhelming. The fear of not knowing what to do or making yourself look silly are a few of the reasons why many people are hesitant to train in the Athletic Department.
Technology has changed so much, especially regarding gym equipment and at Tattersalls we are lucky enough to have top-of-the-line, interactive and member-friendly equipment.
With this in mind, we are taking expressions of interest for any member in the Athletic Department to come along and learn how to use our equipment and everything it offers to its full potential.
This includes, but isn’t limited to, Peloton (participating in a live spin class), treadmills (virtually running through Budapest or the Grand Canyon), cross trainers (completing set intervals at the touch of a button), rowing machines (competing against pace clocks), and the ICG Series 7 spin bikes (using the state-of-the-art app to complete pre-choreographed and amazing workouts).
The seminar will be Monday 22nd May at 17:30 for 30 mins (bookings are essential)
If this or learning anything else about the Athletic Department appeals to you, please email the AD team firstname.lastname@example.org.
