Yoga instructor and meditation Guru Andrew Hampson will be guiding us through a meditation and yoga workshop designed to help us destress and return to normal.
Now that the long weekend has passed and we return to our daily routines we need to empower ourselves with strategies to help navigate this crazy thing called life.
Starting at 18:00 the workshop will run for 60 mins and will cover all the elements of Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
This workshop is part of a series of wellness and lifestyle improvements being put together and hosted by the Athletic Department for the month of April.
Andrew has over 30 years of experience in meditation and yoga and can personally vouch for how putting what he preaches into practice can lead to a healthy and stress-free lifestyle.
It is open to everyone from seasoned Yoga veterans to first-timers who need a little bit of guidance, as well as those wanting to learn more about meditation and mindfulness.
