Over the past 10 weeks, our Members in the Athletic Department have stepped up their training and taken part in our Weight Loss & Fitness Challenge.
With the emphasis being on creating new habits and changing body composition, we went with the scientific method of using the InBody Scanner which shows a very in-depth analysis of body composition.
After completing our final scan it was great to see the progress our Members had made not only losing fat and body fat per cent but also creating healthy, lean muscle mass.
To help keep Members motivated along the way we set extra little bite-sized fortnightly challenges. These tested cardio and endurance and gave a nice competitive feel to encourage accountability during the Challenge.
With the help of our wonderful Chefs, there were new delicious and healthy meals added to the menu which were a big treat for all Members.
Although we had to postpone our original weigh-ins it was great to see the effort, determination and dedication of all Members who survived the Easter long weekend and excelled in the week after.
The ball has already started rolling for our next challenge and we can’t wait to reveal it all to you soon.
