Tattersalls’ new wine list is like food, trying something different is the only way to develop your knowledge and palate of the grape!

There is so much to enjoy when you visit the Members’ Bar and Dining at Tattersalls Club: a friendly welcome, the convivial atmosphere, catching up with fellow Members, the food, and of course, the brand new wine list that the team has spent months curating.

Mario and Ezzy have tasted dozens of wines to bring you a selection of the best, and it’s their job to pick the one that will please yourself and your guests.

As with food, wine also follows trends and enjoys new innovations. A new development you might encounter is a separate page of our premium limited Club cellar release. Whether you are a lover of a full-bodied shiraz or a fruity bouquet pinot noir, we have sourced from a wide range of wines for every palate.

From Ezzy’s new favourite cool-climate region sourcing grapes from the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange, to Mario’s highly recommended Syrah from a single block family-owned 64-acre vineyard, located in the southern foothills of the McLaren Vale region, our new wines have you covered.

Alternatively, if you continue to seek traditions, we have also added more wines from Australia’s First Families of Wines – Australia’s oldest and most respected family-owned wineries.
