On a crisp winter morning, 27 members and their guests gathered for our second golf event of the year at the stunning and challenging Lakes Golf Club.
While the day began with a cold start, it quickly gave way to clear blue skies and near-perfect playing conditions. As always, the course was in superb shape, setting the stage for an enjoyable and competitive round of golf with the top four scores being separated by countback, which showed that everyone seemed to be cashing in on the conditions.
After the game, it was fantastic to see everyone gathered around one large table, enjoying drinks, sandwiches, and plenty of lively banter — exactly what club golf is all about.
