Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, we have decided to postpone our final 8-week challenge weigh-in until the 2nd of May.
There is good news though!
You now get an extra two weeks to make even better progress. We understand that this extension will test your discipline with how many chocolate Easter bunnies you will consume – but remember it’s always been about healthy lifestyle choices.
As the AD team see it, this is a win-win situation. More time to achieve your goal and we can all be less indulgent over both long weekends. (Pssst… a little secret, we actually purposely planned this to keep you on track).
On that note, we would like to inform you that we are extending our 8-week challenge menu with an amazing Thai beef salad for lunch and savoury oats for breakfast. Personal Training specials will also stay around for a bit longer, offering 45 minute PT sessions for only $88.
We will continue with electronic communications and new challenges to keep you on track, so please make sure you pencil Monday 2nd May in your calendar. The weigh-in will take place at 06:00 with the last scan no later than 08:30.
