After some meticulous planning, we are pleased to announce the “AD Approved” dining options in the Tattersalls bar.
Head Chef Fernando, Restaurant Manager Mario and Athletic Department Manager Malcolm have added new dishes to our lunch and night offerings to complement your daily exercise goals.
For lunch, there is the option of an Open Souvlaki, topped with Cos lettuce, cucumber, Roma tomatoes, pickled red onions and baba ganoush, with added chicken.
This dish is the perfect balance of Carbs, Protein and Fat- it will keep you feeling fuller for longer and will help hit your daily calorie goal.
The Nourish bowl has been altered slightly, offering house pickles and brown rice. This dish is the perfect slow-release GI meal needed after a tough workout. Adding chicken or grilled salmon to this dish helps boost the protein numbers and ticks all the flavor boxes.
For those joining us for the dinner service, the addition of a grilled chicken salad is the perfect way to end your healthy day.
With over 30 grams of protein in this meal, as well as good fats (that’s right, they do exist), this meal will have you going to bed feeling full and satisfied without bloating.

Please note Wednesday Night is Pizza night, so the salad will vary slightly to our house-made Ceaser salad again with the option to add grilled chicken for added protein and deliciousness.
