Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: You will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made 14 days or less, but more than 7 days, before the event: You will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund.
