Member Professor Michael Milgate will host his first wine-tasting event of the year as a special Valentine’s Day edition. We encourage you to extend this invitation to your friends and loved ones!
If this is your first wine tasting with us, you must know that Prof. Milgate is always bringing new flavours through these experiences in the Dining Room, where our members can share knowledge over glasses of wine, cheese and good company (It’s the perfect opportunity to bring your guests and welcome them to your Club).
He has ventured into the depths of his cellar to find the finest of America’s wines. In his own words:
“How well do you know your Russian Rivers from your Calchaquies, Sta Rita Hills from La Consulta, or even your Yamhill-Carltons from your Saltas?
You will look at Oregon and Cali-for-ni-a in the US of A, and the major regions of Argentina – Mendoza, Patagonia and Salta and their subregions, and some from Chile. Some of the wines will be from the highest-altitude commercial vineyards in the world!”
