What differentiates a high-performance athlete’s mind and how can businesses benefit from it? We welcome Hayley Bullas and Jason Clark to share their personal experiences and new perspectives on business, recruitment, well-being and skills development.

Hayley Bullas – AFLW Sydney Swans and UNSW Elite Athlete Program – joined the Sydney Swans after signing on during the AFLW delisted free agency period in 2023. With 30 AFLW games under her belt, Bullas initially made her debut with the West Coast Eagles in 2020. Prior to that, she showcased her talent with two outstanding seasons at Essendon in the VFLW, earning the club’s Best and Fairest Award in 2018.

Jason Clark – Rugby League legend, now Pathways Wellbeing Manager at South Sydney Rabbitohs – an Australian retired rugby league footballer who recently concluded his career as a loose forward with the Limoux Grizzlies in the Elite One Championship. Throughout his career, Jason contributed as a player for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the National Rugby League (NRL) and later joined the Warrington Wolves in the Super League. In 2015, he also represented NSW City, showcasing his skills and versatility on the field.
