Our sub clubs are always a good opportunity to improve something you enjoy, or to discover a new passion!
The Run Club is one of the longest serving sub clubs. It happens every Wednesday at 12:30 pm and our members can practice and become better runners together. It’s proved that running can give you a longer life, improve your sleep, immunity, give you a better body composition (less fat), excellent glucose and insulin control and even a positive neurological functioning.
We all know that a healthy life is a good balance between body and mind. So why not transform this exercise also on a moment for socialize and enjoy yourself?
