Habit stacking is a special form of implementation intention. Rather than pairing your new habit with a particular time and location, you pair it with a current habit. You walk out the door in the Morning and your athletic gear is cleaned & ready for action. OK, so we consolidate the second part, consider it the friendship in Honor et Amicitia. It’s our role to facilitate your efforts to be the best version of you.
In order to take full advantage of the facilities offered at the AD, we are encouraged to inform you that we still have a small number of lockers available that the Members can rent on an annual basis for just $100.
The Club offers complimentary laundry services as well to the Members who have purchased a locker space. You will be provided with laundry bags when you sign up for this storage service, using which you drop your dirty laundry with us before leaving the Club only to come back to the fresh ones on your next visit.
