Below are the tips that our trainers are suggesting for everyone who is currently doing the challenge.
Zuzana: Make sure you eat before going shopping, that way you won’t end up with unnecessary snacks- and always have a shopping list prepared (and make sure you stick to it).
Malcolm: It’s all about portion control; spend the first few weeks learning serving sizes and that way you’ll never overeat. Also, you should do my circuit class on a Tuesday at 12:45 – it will be the greatest 45 minutes of your life.
Damien: Hit the cardio goal every week- 2 spin classes with me and you are living the dream.
Chris: Weights are the key (and a healthy balance of food) but make sure you get those weights in.
Jeanette: Use the checklist we created, self-accountability will get you the results you need.
