Over the last two weeks, you might’ve noticed some small but significant changes in the Athletic Department.
Last week the team introduced new workout shirts for members who have forgotten to bring their own or who need to do a quick workout.
The shirts are made from a moisture wicking fabric, maintaining the structure and fit while keeping the user cool throughout the session.
The shirts compliment the current offerings of swimmers, towels and shorts on arrival.
Another offering is the new table tennis table which is available for members to use when the Squash court is free.
The table is designed for 4 players and comes with top-of-the-line paddles and balls.
No doubt this will be high on many members list of equipment to use in the Athletic Department.

Lastly, we are pleased to announce the arrival and implementation of two permanent ice bath structures.
Completing the wellness journey path that the AD has been on over the last few years, the Ice baths will be available for use by members anytime of the day without a booking needed to be made, simply show up to the AD, shower thoroughly before use and then lower yourself into the bath to feel the healing and rejuvenating effects of the bath.
