Starting Tuesday 11 February in the Athletic Department

Starting Tuesday, 11 February, this six-week fitness-focused challenge is designed to eliminate any barriers to completing dedicated weight training sessions. Guided by our expert trainers, members will participate in two structured weight sessions per week, aimed at enhancing strength, fitness, mobility, and overall endurance.

The program evolves every two weeks to help members master techniques before pushing for maximum performance. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 07:00, 12:30, and 18:00. This inclusive program is suitable for all fitness levels, with initial and final performance assessments to track progress.

Please note that while no weight or body measurements will be taken during the challenge, Members interested in a more detailed assessment are encouraged to book a personalised session with our Athletic Team.
