From 17:30 in the Members Bar

The day has arrived! Join us this evening as we celebrate 167 years of Tattersalls Club, a legacy built on tradition, excellence, and the enduring spirit of our members.

From 17:30 in the Member’s Bar, come together with fellow members for an elegant night of canapes, flowing drinks, and shared stories that honour the Club’s remarkable journey since 1858.

This anniversary is not only a tribute to our past, but a celebration of the community that continues to shape our future.

Members are welcome to stay for dinner from 19:00 with a special menu crafted by our Chef Fernando, featuring the following:

Entrée:
Grazing platter of marinated vegetables, cured meats, olives and baguette

Main – Chef’s carving station with:
Roast Scotch Fillet
Roast Byron Bay pork loin, crispy skin
Served with mustards, red wine jus, horseradish

Sides:
Herb roasted chat potato
Steamed broccoli, chilli, lemon and olive oil
Mixed leaf salad, house dressing

Dessert:
Selection of cheeses, lavosh, quince paste, fresh fruits and nuts, apricots and muscatels
