From Monday 19 January 2026 in the Athletic Department. Cost $150 (Includes the 12-week program, expert-led sessions, NSW Masters and Swimming Australia registration, and a Tattersalls swim cap).
As the festive season approaches, it’s easy for health and fitness goals to take a back seat. And while there’s nothing wrong with enjoying a little indulgence, it’s also a great time to think about diving back into the pool, literally!
We’re excited to announce our first-ever 12-week swim training program, designed for anyone who wants to push themselves, improve their technique, and make a splash in 2026.
Starting 19 January, 2026, the program will be led by Strength and Conditioning Coach Malcolm Turnbull and Swim Coach Ewen McDonald, with creative guidance from Olympian Daniel Kowalski. Over 12 weeks, participants will focus on building fitness, conditioning, and skills, all aimed at preparing to represent Tattersalls Swim Club at the Sydney Branch Long Course Championships.
The program also includes:
- Education sessions with experts in nutrition and training
- Motivation sessions to keep you inspired
- Detailed training plans tailored to help you perform your best
All this comes at a cost of just $150, which covers your registration with NSW Masters Swimming and Swimming Australia, plus a complimentary Tattersalls Swim Cap to race in.
If you’re interested, please email Malcolm directly at [email protected]
Please note: this program is available only for members who are able to participate in the State Swimming Championships on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April, 2026.
