Embrace the magic of winter with a unique truffle hunting adventure at Ganymede Truffles in the stunning Southern Highlands.
A fun filled day full of all things truffles, farming and dogs plus some delicious gourmet food and wines!
The day will begin with an introduction to the farm and the main star, Zazu, the truffle dog. We will then embark on our hunt, where everyone will have a chance to ask questions, watch how we hunt the elusive black truffle and smell a freshly unearthed truffle.
After the hunt, we’ll gather at the historic ruins of the 1800s farmhouse to enjoy a sumptuous four-course set menu, followed by a truffle grading lesson to deepen your appreciation of these culinary treasures.
