Thank you to all who attended last Thursday’s Tuscan Wine Masterclass, which was nothing short of spectacular. Hosted by Andrea Pritzker MW, the evening began with a fascinating and relatable look at some of Tuscany’s finest producers, including Tua Rita, Argiano, Isole e Olena, Ornellaia, and Marchesi Antinori.
Guests were then treated to an authentic three-course Tuscan dinner, with standout dishes including a richly flavoured wild boar ragu crafted by Chef Fernando. But it was the famed Della Corte tiramisu, lovingly prepared by Cinzia and her mother, Signora Della Corte, that stole the show and hearts alike.
With 65 members and guests in attendance, the night was a true celebration of Italian food, wine, and warmth.
