Some Members may recall that around this time each year, the Club hosts the attendees of Laffo’s Long Lunch. This cherished event, now in its 15th year, will take place on Friday 05 July.
The inaugural event held 15 years ago as a Club function before the establishment of Doltone House, has been lovingly organised by Tattersalls Member Andrew Coorey in memory of former Member, the late Matt Laffan. Matt’s father, Member Dick Laffan, also plays a key role in the organising committee.
The event raises funds for disabled students at St John’s College, Sydney University. As always, many of our Members and their guests will gather in our bar and dining areas for after-lunch drinks. While these spaces will remain open to all Club Members, please anticipate a more lively atmosphere than usual starting around 16:00.
