During this month, over 50 of our Athletic Department members have embarked on the challenge to find a little more wellness in their lives. Each member was given a Bingo Card with 24 different squares to cross off over the month. Ranging from facing their fears in an ice bath to committing to an alcohol-free weekend.

This month aims to bring members’ attention to areas like nutrition, sleep, steps per day or screen time. Things that you may have forgotten about but tend to impact our lives negatively over time. We challenge you to then work on starting to build a better relationship and boundaries around these things. You may find a new favourite recipe or realise that your water intake has been lacking.

Tattersalls Club encourages and empowers you to embark on a journey of cultivating new habits. Take small steps towards positive changes that you can carry into April and beyond, enhancing the overall quality of your life.
