15 mins– Welcome and Tasting of neat Irish Whisky
30 mins– Building an Irish coffee
30 mins– Know the Basics of Irish Whisky – What differentiates it from other categories of whisky, flavour profiles, production methods
30 mins– Shaking up a gold rush. How to entertain at home, how to shake a cocktail, what equipment to use at home if you don’t have specialised equipment, basics of balancing flavour and creating a tasty cocktail. Making at-home cocktails accessible
15 mins– Q&A
